The recognition of a foreign certificate or diploma is ensured by the Diploma Recognition Service of the Ministry of National Education, Children and Youth (MEN).

An application for registration in the "register of evidence of formal qualifications" must be submitted to the Ministry of Higher Education and Research (MESR).
