The Banque centrale du Luxembourg (BCL), member of the Eurosystem, is currently seeking to recruit a(n):

IT SECURITY EXPERT – DATA SECURITY - DLP (m/f/d) - career A1

Your mission:

The IT Security Expert in Data Security defines and implements data security measures (tools, processes, operational procedures) aligned with the BCL security policies. They contribute to technology survey, assistance and information sharing in multiple IT operational security domains and contribute to the Cyber Resilience Program with a focus on data security. Ultimately, they will be the go-to person for Data Leak Prevention matters and will support the Access Management activities and future data security projects.

Your responsibilities:

• Contribute to RFP definition and work closely with vendors to implement and configure selected solutions;
• Contribute to various tasks such as operating IT security platforms related to data security and access management;
• Cooperate with the other teams of the system owners and IT department in order to define document and data security requirements and guarantee implementation and operations delivery;
• Propose, elaborate and maintain technical processes, procedures, tools, and technologies, as well as documentation to integrate solution practices into cybersecurity and IT activities and improvements.

Your profile:

• Master in IT technologies, preferably with a specialisation in IT security;
• Solid knowledge in document/data management lifecycle (classification, tagging, labelling, document inspection techniques, regex, finger printing, ML auto classifiers);
• Proven experience in design, implementation and operationalisation of DLP (Data Leak Prevention) for on-premise / SaaS applications, and other data protection including cryptographic solutions such as Digital Rights Management (DRM);
• Solid understanding of data security threats following a risk-based approach;
• Good knowledge of operating systems, network protocols, security tools and technologies;
• Strong communication skills in English and in French;
• Team player with a proactive and collaborative approach to defending the enterprise;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Ideally, experience in Document Management systems, Privileged Access Management (PAM), Identity and Access Management (IAM);
• Relevant certifications in IT security;
• Experience / knowledge in cloud security would be a plus;
• Experience / knowledge in AI security and data analytics would be considered an advantage.
